Ant and Ali here and if you haven’t already guessed it, we are a married couple. So we live together, run a business together and even workout together. The latter doesn’t always go so well 😉

We are both qualified personal trainers with years of experience in the fitness industry. Ant is not only a personal trainer but also a master coach. He has owned his own gym, runs a global fitness educational company, Edufit and travels the world training individuals and trainers.

Ali also travelled the world but as a professional Irish dancer. She was always interested in fitness though so traded the stage, dance shoes and wigs for the gym, sports shoes and messy gym hair.

We work with corporate clients and private clients alike but the aim is always the same. We want to help you become a healthier, happier version of you.

We believe that in order for you to enjoy a healthy and happy lifestyle there must be balance. This comes in the form of physical, mental, nutritional, spiritual and even social balance. It is not good to be a one dimensional hero where one aspect of life is fantastic but the rest suffer. We are big fans of eating out, enjoying life, travelling and trying new things. Being healthy doesn’t have to be boring and it doesn’t have to be too hard. It is just about putting a plan in place and sticking with it.
